Day Twenty Four
I don't really have a favorite super hero, but I guess if I had to pick I would pick Wonder Woman because she's awesome. That's about it.

Day Twenty Two
So there is no way that I can choose my favorite book. I read way too many to just pick one. I love to read and always have. Lately, some of my favorites are The Hunger Games, the Scorpio Races, and of course Harry Potter. There are a million more, but that would be a very long list (like a bigillion pages) so we won't start it :P
Random Craft Attack!
So I've been making a bunch of random crafts lately and some are quite good (as Jessie pats herself on the back). So here are some pictures. :)
This is a laptop cover made out of felt. It was way easy to make and then I found the cute puppy iron-on at Hobby Lobby.
This is the book I got the idea from for the measuring tape bracelet (thanks to my awesome sister who gave it to me for Christmas!!) Sorry about the title, but it has some really neat craft ideas in it. Nothing in it is super hard either. I would highly recommend it to anyone! There is also a first one, but I don't have that one.
So that's my random craft attack! I have lots more coming, but they are currently in progress... We'll see if they actually get done....
These are fabric buttons that I made and then glued magnets onto the back for cute little things to put on my fridge and locker :)
This was a table I found at an antique store. I frequent them now thanks to my sister and mother. It was originally white, but I decided yellow would be more fun. The black thing on top is actually a picture frame with fabric over the glass that is kind of a catch all for all of Scott's stuff. I tend to have to find it for him... That was an idea from my mom.

Day Twenty-One
So I haven't thought a lot about my future house, but as long as it has one of these I'll survive. :)

A ginormous swing and a barn. Yes I've put more thought into my future barn then my future home. What can I say? I also like these

It's a dog bath (as long as I can convince my husband to let me keep having dogs in the house. Grrr! That's gonna be a battle!)

Um... Washer and dryer in the closet? I think yes! No more dragging laundry around the house.

So my dogs don't get under foot when I'm in the kitchen :) they always are

Movie pit! sweet!

And a huge back yard with a saddle swing!

Day Twenty
Something that makes me happy.... My doggies!! They are always happy to see me when I get home and they love to play. It always brightens my day to see my puppies playing in the yard or running to see me when I come home :)
Day Nineteen
I really don't have a favorite piece of art. I like all kinds though. I really don't get out to often to look at things like that. I would like to, but Logan isn't necessarily the art capital of Utah if you get my drift. :)

Wells Fargo Continued
On day five of our adventure, we had a bum day :) We just hung out in Prescott and played. We went mini golfing and to a movie. We also went into downtown and just wandered through all the stores. It was really fun. Here are some mini golf pictures.
We arrived in La Mesa, California around sevenish on the same day we crossed the Sahara. There wasn't really anything to do around our hotel so we took a bunch of pictures of all the pretty flowers close to the hotel. Little bit boring... But here are some pictures. They are really pretty!
After the parade in Coronado, we drove to St. George. That was a long drive. We got in at eleven or so. It made for a very long day. The next day we drove back to Salt Lake and that was the end of our adventure. It was really neat to help Parker and see the horses! Probably a once in a lifetime experience and one that I don't know how much I want to repeat. It was early mornings and long days. We drove over 2000 miles by the end of the trip!
This is the Sahara Desert we crossed on our way to California on the sixth day of our journey. Just kidding. It's called the Imperial Sand Dunes. It was really windy while we drove through and we saw a snow plow, but it wasn't plowing snow (obviously). It was plowing through sand drifts! That's a new one for you.

The next day we woke up at four thirty to get to the parade. We went to an island really close to San Diego. The bridge was over a half mile long. And it was kinda scary. Driving right next to the edge with only a concrete barrier to protect me, then a plummet into the ocean. Yeah, not really my favorite. haha
On the right is San Diego and on the left is Coronado Island
this was a lady that was in the parade. I just liked her cute little pony!
There was a group in the parade that dressed up like Star Wars characters. It was awesome!
this was about all of the beach we got to see. We were actually riding in the stagecoach at the end of the parade, headed back to the trailer.
This is going back to San Diego
Sailboats in the harbor
Big aircraft carrier in the harbor. My sister said it might be the museum.

Wells Fargo Trip
Last week Scott and I went with a friend to help him with his Wells Fargo stagecoach team. The first day we rode in his semi truck (which was not very comfy for three people, by the way) and headed to Kanab. We dropped the horses off for the night and went to the hotel. Day one was not very exciting. Ha ha.
On day two we drove from Kanab to Prescott, Arizona. That took a while... Then we headed straight to the fairgrounds there and got the horses all cleaned up and pretty for their big appearance later that night. Here are some pictures of the truck we rode in.
This was another team at the rodeo in Prescott. They are English Shire draft horses. They had one unicorn horse out in front and three at the wheels. They went into the arena and did some really neat things. They could pivot the wagon on its back wheel while the horses basically ran around it and they could move the horses perpendicular to the wagon without moving the wagon. It was way sweet to watch. They're based out of Ceder City, Utah.
Day four of our journey was spent in Prescott as well. We went to church and just kind of hung out for the day. It was nice to relax after going like a chicken with its head cut off for so long :)

Getting all prettied up! :)

Warming up the horses
Parker at the wheel. Or reins I guess ;)
On the third day, we woke up way early to get ready for the parade. We got the horses all cleaned up again (plus the stagecoach) and these are some pictures of us waiting for the parade to start. After the parade we took the stagecoach back to the rodeo to be on display. We got to watch the rodeo that night too.
This is a replica of an actual Wells Fargo Stagecoach. It weighes approximately 3000 pounds and is all wood and leather.
This is a Belgian (I think) that was in the parade. He was just cute sticking his head out of the trailer.
This is how we got the stagecoach out of the trailer. It's connected to a winch at the front that pulls it in and out.
