Random Craft Day!

So a few days ago I decided to go craft crazy! I made a few things I've had around for a while now. Here are some pictures.

I bought the vases at the DI for a buck a piece and a got a used rope from IFA and just hot glued it to the vases. I had the flower from a different project and just thought it would be cute.

The purses are from a pattern my mom had in a magazine. My mom also bought me the fabric for them, so I went crazy and made three! They are actually pretty easy to make and don't take very long. I've never made a purse before, so I was pretty happy that these turned out so well. :)

That was craft day at my house!

Day Eighteen

So my hobby is sewing. I really like to sew. I'm not the best at it yet, but I'm getting there. I picked up sewing from my mom. She is excellent at sewing. She is always helping me when I get stuck on a project I'm working on. Here are some of the projects I have finished so far. :)

I've done quite a few others, but alas I'm not very good at taking pictures before I give them away.

You may now call me Master!

Day Seventeen

Something I've bought recently. This is my new backpack for school! It is really cute and has all sorts of pockets, which I love because I can haul around more stuff than I need! But in all actuality, I'm sure I'll use everything I pack around :)

It even has a cooler pocket for my pepsi's!! So cool! I'm very excited to start using it!

Day Sixteen

This one is very hard because I am a food-o-holic. I love food and I am usually eating something I shouldn't be. Lately, my favorites are cheese enchiladas from El Toro and the pizza and pasta at Callaway's Bistro. Last time we went to Callaway's we got a meat lovers pizza (just right for us vegetable haters) and a four cheese ravioli. So yummy!! Their macaroni and cheese is also an excellent choice.

I also love pretty much any dessert. I really like brownies and oatmeal scotchies. Those are my two all time favorites. Oh and pumpkin cake and peach cobbler. Oh man I said this was a tough one! I just love food too much to pick any one thing. :)

Day Fifteen

My pet peeves.... There are quite a few things that drive me crazy, but here are the big ones:

1. Bad drivers (don't even get me started, it's that bad)

2. When I see animal neglect/abuse or just stupid people doing bad things to animals or when people won't take an animal to the vet when it is obviously very sick. This is another one that will get me into BIG trouble one of these days...

3. When people don't do their jobs so I have to fix/do it right for them. Or they just make a mess and leave it so I have to clean it up.... (this has happened many times GRRR!)

4. Spiders. That's all I have to say.

5. When my husband doesn't pick up after himself. Not funny at all.

6. When someone interrupts me while I'm reading/doing homework etc. I'm in the zone so leave me alone! (bahahaha! I kill myself!)

7. People who express their opinion very loudly (without being asked), but can't handle it if you have a different opinion. Basically people who can't listen to someone else's opinion just because it's not theirs.

8. People who don't like dogs in the house (it has been scientifically proven that pet owners are more responsible and cleaner, just so you all know).

9. People who use terrible grammer. Learn how to write and speak people! Those things will never go away!

10. How all my tuition goes to the athletics department instead of to my education. I didn't come to school so the jocks could get degrees in underwater basket weaving while I have to slog my way through horrible jobs just to pay for their scholarships.
